NEWARK CASTLE, HAWTON, COTHAM, STAUNTON, LONG BENNINGTON, WESTBOROUGH, HOUGHHAM, GELSTON, HOUGH ON THE HILL, BRANDON, CLAYPOLE, BALDERTON. Format, warm up to Hawton, chain gang to bottom of Gelston hill, Sprint up the hill,EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF, Prime at the top [I joke of course]. Regroup at the top. then chaingang towards Balderton, Sprint after 2nd roundabout on "Fernwood"old Balderton hospital site, FINISH on top of AI flyover. COOL DOWN, back to Newark.
IS VERY VERY FAST IN 6-30 GROUP SO BE PREPARED, if you get dropped can go straight on at right turn for Gelston and rejoin at BRANDON.

HEAD SOUTH TOWARDS KELHAM, THEN FIRST LEFT ALONGSIDE RIVER TOWARDS SOUTH MUSKHAM, NEXT LEFT TOWARDS OLLERTON, UP DEBDALE HILL, BATHLEY SIDE, LEFT AT TOP, BACK DOWN DEBDALE HILL KELHAM SIDE, TWO LAPS FINISH JUST AFTER START. (not used this year.) |  |  |  | FLAWBOROUGH KILVINGTON SPORTING TEN, MILE.TIME TRIAL COURSE.(8.5 mile turns left after Long Bennington R/H turn, to finish at start.) Starts, just off Newark to Elton rd. Go down Bowbridge rd out of Newark, past Gypsum Factory, take second right, just before Long Bennington left turn, starts half a mile down just before sharp left turn, yellow line on rd l/h side, Follow rd to T juction , then left turn to and through Shelton, X Roads turn left to and through Flawborough, to T junction, then left to and through Kilvington, straight on towards Newark, Finish past the main commercial tip on the left, and just before the long straight downhill to Gypsum factory, yellow mark l/h side rd. so from the start all the left turns apart from the last, straight Through towards Newark.
|  | Notts Parrotts, leave Newark castle 9-am, join Nottm group at 9-45am at Lowdham roudabout,alternate between Limes Cafe near Bilsthorpe one week and the Bistro on the Grantham A52 road at Sedgebrook. Format, ride steady to nottm and join main group. about 50 riders, steady ride for approx 10 miles then group splits for fast long chain gang sprint to cafe. anything from 6 to 20 miles
approx 50-75 miles in all, back between12-30 and 2-0pm.
